- Natural patina will develop over time—this is expected and part of the material’s character.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads.

Enamel Over Metal
- The enamel surface is fused at high heat; it is durable but should not be scrubbed.
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately.
- Do not place directly over open flame or extreme heat sources.
Avoid metal utensils that may leave marks.
General Care
- Handle with care; small-batch pieces may have slight variations in tone and pattern.
- Avoid dropping or stacking heavy items on top of the vessels.
- For incense use, allow the vessel to cool fully before moving or cleaning.

- International shipping is available to select regions; rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
- Because our vessels are small-batch and handcrafted, minor variations in color or engraving are normal and not considered defects.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be offered depending on availability.
- Due to limited production runs, some items may sell out before an exchange can be arranged.
Damages
- If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
- We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
