Refund Policy
If you find a defect in your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Be sure to retain relevant evidence (such as photos or videos of the product) and work with us to resolve the issue.
Please note that we do not accept returns without a valid reason. All return requests must be based on quality-related concerns. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or light use, no any damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
-Because our vessels are small-batch and handcrafted, minor variations in color or engraving are normal and not considered defects.
-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
